Poster Instructions
The authors of accepted papers (posters or orals) will have to prepare a poster to present in the venue. These posters will be put up in one of the poster sessions during the day, where one or multiple authors are expected to be present and answer any Q&A. The session in which your poster will be allocated will be available shortly on icml.cc.
Requirements
The poster should adhere to the following requirements:
- 36 in (H) x 24 in (W) or 91 cm (H) x 61 cm (W). Note this is different then the main conference size posters.

Please respect these requirements as the space will be shared with other authors.
Additional information about posters and printing options can be found here.

Please note that we did not assign individual papers to specific poster boards. Instead:

- Two posters will share one poster board (requested by ICML).
- Tape will be available at the entrance to Hall A.
- The allocation of posters to each session can be found here.
- We will have the specific slots available throughout the day, so we will allow for posters availability as follows:
This will help attendees find authors more easily and facilitate discussions.
As there will be a large number of posters across all workshops, we recommend checking the poster board area in advance to make setup as smooth as possible.
